The Shadow Lurkers
The monster is the living embodiment of fear. It lurks in the shadowy abyss between survival and oblivion, and the threat it offers is one of mind-numbing horror.
Mankind's fascination with monsters is apparent in some of the earliest recorded stories, which feature such ghastly creatures as ghosts, dragons, sea serpents, goblins, banshees, ogres and gremlins, among countless others.
Where does this odd fascination with monsters come from and what does it mean? We each must decide for ourself.
